Registration dates and fees:
General Registration: $490 (early, Jan 1 – Feb 16), then $590 (regular, Feb 17 to March 8), then $690 (late, March 9 to April 20)
Student Registration: $380 (early, Jan 1 – Feb 16), then $480 (regular, Feb 17 to March 8), then $690 (late, March 9 to April 20)
Note: After March 9 the registration will be considered “late” and acceptance will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Note: On-site registration fees cannot be accepted. All registration must be done online, prior to beginning of the meeting.
Registration fees include:
Access to all conference sessions, conference wifi access, coffee breaks, welcome reception, one paper submission to the conference proceedings special issue in Review of Scientific Instruments.

Application for a US entry Visa:
Foreign nationals may need a Visa to enter the United States. Please review the current B-1 Business Visa regulations on the U.S. Dept. of State website. You may be required to apply for a Single Entry B-1 Business Visa, if you are net eligible for the Visa Waiver Program. If you need a Letter of Invitation, then please request one by email from the Conference Chair, Theodore Biewer. Be aware that it may take as long as 3 months for your Visa to be approved by the US State Department, hence you should apply for the Visa no later than January 21, 2024.
